Free Listings
ULTIMATE RACING offers listings free of charge to post content in some areas of the Service. Each party posting Content to the Service is responsible for said Content. We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate by us. All free listings are subject to moderation by site moderator. Paid listing will enjoy preference without being moderated.

Paid Listings
ULTIMATE RACING will charge a fee to post Content in some areas of the Service. The fee permits certain Content to be posted in a designated area of the Website. Each party posting Content to the Service is responsible for said Content and compliance with the Terms. Any such fees paid hereunder are non-refundable in the event any Content is removed from the Service for violating these Terms Featured Listings
ULTIMATE RACING offers a service known as "Featured Listings" and “Premium Listings” where users will be required to pay a fee to have their listings posted in selected locations on the Website, thus potentially increasing a listings' visibility. In order to purchase a Featured or Premium listing, you may be required to transmit certain information through a third party service provider such as a our secure payment gateways, a secure online payment provider, which may be governed by its own terms of use and other policies. ULTIMATE RACING makes no representation or guarantee as to the safety or security of the information transmitted to any Third Party Website, and your linking to any Third Party Website is completely at your own risk, and ULTIMATE RACING disclaims all liability related thereto.

·         Ultimate Racing will offer you competitive prices on listings; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax, VAT and (or) shipping charges (on the day of shipping) when applicable. Free vehicle listings are not charged for and will be valid for a period of 14 days. (93 Octane) Featured vehicle listings are charged at R189.00 and will be valid for a period of 28 days (95 Octane)

Premium Home Page vehicle listings are charged at R279.00 and will be valid for a period of 28 days (102 Octane) Parts listing price are based on the listing value and will be valid for a period of 28 days

Part fees: 

Listing Price: R0.00 – R5000 will be charged at R49.00

Listing Price: R5000 and above will be charged at R79.00 All Featured parts listings are charged at R99.00 for a period of 28 days Commercial packages are charged at R2500 and offer unlimited featured listings for a period of 28 days Delivery Policy Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 – 5 working days and delivery confirmed by way of electronic communication (email) which shall include your delivery reference number for tracking your delivery from Dawn Wing Couriers.
Return and Refund Policy The provision of goods and services advertised on the Ultimate Racing website is subject to availability as advertised by the seller and subject to conditions in “Content” paragraph. Any returns of the tangible product will be negotiated between the buyer and seller and will not be under any jurisdiction or involvement of Gas-Guzzler.
Any such fees paid hereunder are non-refundable in the event any Content is removed from the Service for violating these Terms & Conditions. Once the listing has been authorized and published on the website there is no refund of payment as the marketing has commenced and Ultimate Racing has complied with our service to provide a marketing medium.
A refund will only be authorized under the condition that the listing has NOT been published on the website yet. A request for refund should be received, by email, before the listing is visible on the website. Clients will be refunded within 30 days. Should the request be received AFTER the listing is visible, no refund shall be granted. A listing can be modified or cancelled by the user, at any time under the control panel.
